The Glow Lab is a modern aesthetics studio focused on helping you feel confident, refreshed, and comfortable in your own skin. We offer a variety of customized treatments including facials, chemical peels, Hydrafacial, microneedling, lash and brow services, body treatments, and more. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where every treatment feels personal. We take the time to understand your concerns, your goals, and what works best for you instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're coming in for a quick brow appointment, a relaxing facial, or a more corrective treatment plan, we want every visit to feel comfortable, educational, and completely tailored to you. CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Glow Lab, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because many of our treatments require preparation and dedicated time, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policy. 24-Hour Notice Required We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service charge. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Deposits Some services (including Hydrafacial, corrective treatments, and advanced technology services) require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits may be transferred if proper notice is given. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service time to stay on schedule. Full service pricing will still apply. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will always do our best to be fair and understanding.
