CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Glow Lab, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because many of our treatments require preparation and dedicated time, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policy. 24-Hour Notice Required We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service charge. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Deposits Some services (including Hydrafacial, corrective treatments, and advanced technology services) require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits may be transferred if proper notice is given. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service time to stay on schedule. Full service pricing will still apply. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will always do our best to be fair and understanding.
